Deposits
There is a $400 non-refundable
deposit to reserve a space on the trip of your choice. Deposits can
be made with either Mastercard, Visa or Discover.
Payments
You will be invoiced upon
making a reservation and full payment is due 60 days prior to the trip
date. In the event that you book less than 60 days prior to departure,
final payment must reach our office within 7 days of booking. Final
payments are to be paid by check or money order posted to the address at
the top of your invoice.
Cancellation and Refunds
If for any reason you need
to cancel your trip, we will need written notification from you.
Once received, your monies will be refunded less the following cancellation
charges:
Days before departure
61 ............... $400
60-31........... 50% of
the package price
30 ................100%
of the package price
Please note, no partial refunds
will be given for unused meals, hotel rooms, transportation etc., for any
reasons whatsoever.
Insurance
We strongly recommend that
you obtain trip cancellation insurance in the event that you need to cancel
your trip due to unforeseen reasons such as an accident or medical problem
to yourself, your traveling companion or your immediate family.
Liability
Adventures in Rock (AIR)
act only as agents of the passengers in all matters relating to hotel accommodation,
tours, transport, and concert tickets. AIR shall not be liable for
injury, delays, loss or damage in any manner. The company reserves
the right to employ subcontractors for all or part of the services.
AIR reserves the right to decline, accept or retain any person as a member
of any tour.
By utilizing the services
of AIR, you agree that neither AIR or any representative shall be liable
for any accident, injury, property damage or personal loss to you or to
those traveling with you in connection with any accommodations, transportation
or other travel services, or resulting directly or indirectly from any
occurrences or conditions beyond Adventures in Rock's control, including
but not limited to Artist cancellation of a show, strikes, acts of terrorism,
theft, delay or cancellation of or changes in itinerary or schedules.
Flights
Some of our itineraries
include airfare. You need to make sure that any connecting flights
that you book to meet our group have ample connection time. We are
not liable for any missed trip days due to missed flights. You will
also be responsible for paying any cancellation or change fees if a missconnection
occurs.
